One-day workshops running in various locations throughout 2006/2007 (dates will be announced below as they are confirmed)

Is there really something nasty in the woodshed?

Is Risk Management just for pessimists or could it potentially save you time and money?

Does refusing to think about risk make it go away?

How do you calculate what you need to spend on managing risk?

Risk Management for Further and Higher Education is a one-day workshop offered by the Regional Support Centres of the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) and delivered by JISC infoNet, the Centre of Expertise in the Planning and Implementation of Information Systems. JISC infoNet has developed a risk management framework tailored to the needs of the education sector which, whilst primarily aimed at projects, can be adapted for any institutional need.
