RSC Wales Annual FE Conference 2007

Whatever your position, you are asked to deal with 'change' every day. Effective change management is an essential component of any strategy designed to develop a service, be it technical or pedagogic. When addressing issues associated with embedding e-learning into an organisation, managing the change related to educational culture, as well as that of evolving technology, is a very difficult hurdle to overcome. Gregynog 2007, through close liaison with JISC infoNet, their Change Management infokit, and access to the EduChallenge Computer Simulation Tool, will seek to address some of the issues pertaining to affecting change in order to improve both how e-learning and technology is viewed within an organisation, as well as start to enable different role holders to realise their role in the process.

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
