The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional body for those involved in the management and development of people. This toolkit is aimed at training managers aiming to introduce e-learning and general HR professionals with an interest in, or remit for, e-learning provision. It includes a short overview of the implications for e-learning implementation from CIPD research, a checklist of e-learning issues for each stakeholder group to consider, three survey questionnaires for different stakeholder groups to complete to help them think through different issues that arise when introducing/reviewing e-learning and an implementation development plan to plan and prioritise actions.
