The TUC's pre-course support system

Following the adoption of an Online Learning Strategy, the TUC undertook a project to construct a consistent pre-course support system across its partners. A background paper from a presentation at an event in May 2005 outlines the aims and lessons learnt.

One of the lessons that emerged was that 'UML diagrams are effective as a way of capturing business processes.' These activity diagrams are available here:
