Description This is a toolkit designed with commerce in mind. However, the tools are transferable to HE/FE settings. The site includes advice on setting up participatory design workshop, facilitation, paper proto-typing and establishing observation labs for usability testing as well as including usability tools. Tools include scenarios, checklists, writing a usability report, guidelines and example usability tests, and a paper proto-typing kit.
