GIMIS Progress Report 5

This report was written in the second year of the GIMIS project, so the sections on “lessons learned” are particularly relevant to implementation issues. The problem of “project creep” is discussed in Section 3.4. Support is discussed in Section 4.1 of the report (What Lessons Have Emerged From The Development Work Of The Project).
