Since 1992, the award-winning Flashlight Programme has helped educators use feedback to guide improvements in practice and outcomes, especially in the use of technology to support learning. Flashlight Online, their unique web-based survey service enables educators to create exceptionally targeted surveys and rubrics, and to share forms and data, even across institutional lines. The Flashlight Evaluation Handbook and their 'Asking the Right Questions' workshop materials are widely-used. Flashlight is a program of the not-for-profit TLT Group, its resources and services were developed with the support from TLT Group institutional subscribers and individual members around the world.
