The "changing your organisation" section includes information on strategies for change, understanding the current situation, setting aims and objectives, setting out an action plan, managing change and implementation strategies, and stakeholder analysis. The second section goes into more specifics about changing your organisation including an analysis of the current situation, a matrix tool for profiling your institution, articulating further action points and identifying partners for change.
