Patrick Bellis Director

Patrick is Director of the service, with responsibility for the strategic development, collaborative relationships and the overall management of the service. He is also the Operations Director for Strategic Development within Jisc Advance.


Steve Bailey Senior Adviser

Well-known in the records and information management arena, Steve heads up a varied portfolio of work in this area, as well as leading a major initiative on institutional strategy.


John Burke Senior Adviser

John’s current role includes management of the Embedding Business and Community Engagement (BCE) project as well as responsibility for delivering many of the service’s training activities.


Jacquie Kelly Senior Adviser

Jacquie’s portfolio includes the management of a project trialling collaborative technologies for BCE, as well as leading on the service’s e-Portfolio, Learning Spaces and other e-Learning-related activities.


Janette Hillicks Researcher/Analyst

As one of the service’s Researcher/Analysts, Janette supports the production of infoKits, events and other resources as well as keeping a ‘watching brief’ on activity areas for the Senior Advisers.


Marianne Sheppard Researcher/Analyst

As one of the team of Researcher/Analysts, Marianne’s primary role at present is coordinating the cross-service Support and Synthesis project for the Jisc Innovation Group’s Curriculum Design and Delivery programmes.


Teresa Tocewicz Researcher/Analyst

As one of the team of Researcher/Analysts, Teresa’s primary role at present is supporting programmes and projects relating to records and information management, in particular the areas of Strategic Management Information and Research Information Management.


Andrew Stewart Information Manager

Andy is the Information Manager within the Business and Community Engagement (BCE) Coordination Team, a cross-service team based jointly at Jisc infoNet and Jisc Netskills. He is also the Community Facilitator for the Jisc Flexible Service Delivery (FSD) Programme.


Katherine Eade Operations Manager

Katherine (job-sharing with Gemma*) manages the administrative support service, including managing the budget and financial reporting, day-to-day planning of the service and event management and overview of operations generally.

Gemma (job-sharing with Katherine*) manages the administrative support service, including managing the budget and financial reporting, day-to-day planning of the service and event management and overview of operations generally.


David Cornforth Multimedia Developer

As Multimedia Developer, David spends his time creating material for both web and print, innovating new ideas for the service and enhancing service delivery through the use of various technologies.


Adam Hiles Administrator

Adam supports the day-to-day administration of the service.
