Information & Legislation Management Survey 2010

This survey is now CLOSED

We will be publishing the results and analysis in late May.

JISC infoNet is pleased to announce the launch of the annual Information Legislation and Management survey for the year ending December 2010. This is the fifth year that this survey, supported by Universities UK and GuildHE has been carried out. We anticipate a high interest in the survey and its results this year, given anecdotal evidence of a steep rise in both the number and complexity of requests received, combined with some extremely high profile decision notices - especially concerning access to research data.

The JISC infoNet Information Legislation and Management Survey continues to represent the best mechanism open to the sector as a whole to augment the existing anecdotal evidence with statistical evidence regarding the impact that the Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection Act and Environmental Information Regulations are having on institutions and how well, or otherwise, they are responding to these demands.

Please do not miss your opportunity to contribute to this important resource.

The results of previous surveys from previous years are available using the links in the navigation.
