Audio Transcript - Practitioner

mp3 | Emma Purnell, University of Wolverhampton (57 secs)
Emma talks about her role as an e-portfolio practitioner

To support the staff and the students in using e-portfolios for a particular module and the module we taught in was a research and study skills to PDP - Personal Development Planning - module and it had been written into the validation documents that they would use e-portfolio as the presentation and assessment method and I was brought in to help staff and students with this transitioning to use e-portfolios and so there was some resistance and some enthusiasm but I got to work with a team of 12 tutors in helping them use e-portfolio across a big group of students - there were 440 students in this particular module that we worked with so no, there was no resistance because theyd asked for some help in making the transition.
