Library City Lit

All rooms are networked. Twenty rooms have either interactive whiteboards/projectors or interactive plasma screens. There are digital cameras, video cameras, laptops and MP3 players available for students and staff to borrow. Trolleys of wireless laptops can also be borrowed to use in any classroom. There is a range of adaptive hardware available. A standalone PC is used for Dragon, a voice-recognition software package to help those with limited vision (an assistive technology). There are also acoustic panels for noise reduction around this machine.
