Lessons Learned

If it is innovative and in line with the learning and teaching strategy, and other relevant strategies such as the estates strategies; that doesn't mean that everyone is going to like it.

Schedule some time to make changes and respond to things that are not working so well. Consider a reserve for changes.

Plan your evaluation strategy before you open. Know what sources of data you can use to analyse the before and after.

Improvements are ongoing. Some changes in the layout of the building are in progress.

The building is under pressure from the number of people wanting to use it for different purposes. This is a difficult problem to resolve. Other campus developments may relieve some of the pressure.

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
