| JISC infoNet has developed a series of infoKits designed to promote good practice in the development of records and information management processes. The infoKits currently cover information, records and email management with more planned over the coming months. In addition to the infoKits there are also briefing notes and guidance regarding changes in the sector that impact on an institution’s records and information management. |

The purpose of this infoKit is to outline the main elements which need consideration as part of such an approach. |
